We call this balanced environment Professional Common Ground (“PCG”) wherein you, the employer, and your employees take on equal responsibility for recognizing, reporting and resolving employment-related violations and/or disputes.

The PCG BalancePoint System significantly decreases, if not eliminates, your company’s risk for liability resulting from employee claims and lawsuits through:

Communication
A daily or regular, recurring question to the employee at login which mandates employee reporting of incidents affecting their employment rights as they happen.

Immediate notification to company designated administrators (even to third party administrators) that an employee issue has been reported, allowing issues to be addressed and resolved before they become formal claims or lawsuits.


Education
Employees are kept up to date on changes in laws affecting their employment rights, company policies and procedures, and workplace announcements through PCG’s bulletin manager.

Documentation
Printable reports by date, response type, and/or by employee can easily be generated to provide ongoing documentation of employee incident history, as well as proof that each employee read and understood each bulletin broadcasted by your company (this also gives proof of your company’s federal posting compliance).

Enforcement
Immediate reporting allows you to take the necessary actions to resolve employee disputes and employment-related violations before they incur damages for which your company is liable.

Proof of your employees’ understanding of policies, procedures and law gives you a powerful tool for enforcing your policies and procedures and complying with state and federal law.
