JeStar Group, LLC created PCG BalancePoint IR/RMS in the view of its own philosophy and belief that in order for employers to manage the risk of being sued by its employees, it must be committed to providing its employees with a professional and productive work environment, free from harassment, discrimination, hostility, and the like.
